RTO Registration Details

Registration for the 2026 Reno-Tahoe Odyssey Relay Run Adventure opens May 31, 2025. The event will be held Friday May 29 – Saturday May 30, 2026. Instructions and pricing are below.

The Reno-Tahoe Odyssey is a relatively large event. In order to have a safe and orderly event, we expect every runner and team to read the Runners Handbook.

The RTO’s future depends on following the instructions in the Handbook.

We have a payment plan option if you are paying by credit card. Half when you register and the remaining half on 12/30/25.

RTO Registration Prices

Below are the entry fees. Please note that there is a cap on the number of runners – approximately 3,000! That is equivalent of approx. 250 teams of 12 runners or a few more if we have some ultra teams with less than 12 runners.

Teams of 12 Runners

(12 Runners down to as few as 7)
$1,800 per team 5/31/25 – 6/8/25
$2,000 per team 6/9/25 – 10/31/25
$2,200 per team 11/1/25 – 12/31/25
$2,300 per team 1/1/26 until sold out

Ultra Teams

6 Runners or Less
$900 per team 5/31/25 – 6/8/25
$1,000 per team 6/9/25 – 10/31/25
$1,100 per team 11/1/25 – 12/31/25
$1,150 per team 1/1/26 until sold out
