Teams are always looking for runners and runners are always looking for teams especially a few months before the race. We do our best to help connect everyone and this year we are trying out a new format to help you find what you’re looking for in a runner or team. We will still leave any posts on the 2024 RTO FB event page as a backup to this system.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Go to this link, click “Register” and create an account:
- Click on the appropriate General Category you need – Looking for a Team or Looking for a Runner
- Click “New Topic” and in the Subject Line enter something such as your first name followed by looking for a [fill in blank].
- In the message section, enter the recommended information about yourself or your team.
- Click on “Notify Me of Replies”.
- Click on “Post”
- Check back periodically to check your post and/or to look at the other General Category to see if there is a team or runner you are interested in.
TEAM STRUCTURE
- Max. 12 runners (ultra teams of 6 or less are allowed)
- Each runner runs 3 legs.
- Your run in the order of your line-up. You decide the line-up of your team. We do not need your line-up. See the Course Information Table to determine leg assignments if you need any assistance.
- Max. 6 runners (running with 2 or less requires the approval of the Race Director).
- There are 12 legs so if you are running with 6, each do two legs, running with 4, each run three legs, etc.
- You should run in the order of your line-up. You decide the line-up of your team. We do not need your line-up. See the Course Information Table to determine leg assignments if you need any assistance.
- Max. 6 runners (running with 2 or less requires the approval of the Race Director).

You can edit and/or download the team name, captain assignment/removal, participant email addresses and remove/invite a participant.

We need to ensure that we can get in touch with your team and specific vans/vehicles during the race. Please save some time at Team Check-in by entering at least one name and cell number for each van ahead of time. You have until midnight Wednesday May 29 to provide information through this process, otherwise Captains must provide it at Team Check-in.
